Emilie Pesante is a French Cinematographer living her dream in Los Angeles.
After 15 years working in the industry in Paris, she moved to California and she works on successful shows like “The Morning Show”, “The young and the restless”, “The Masked Singer”… She attracts American Productions with her cutting edge but also her creativity.
Emilie knows Cameras and lenses like the back of her hand. Directors ask her advice to create an atmosphere, and bring something different than others shows.
The Show “Poker Society” aired on Youtube and NRJ12 in France was acclaimed by the industryfor its image aesthetic. Mathieu Besset, the Director of the show said : “I couldn’t do this show without Emilie Pesante’s advice. She helped me with all her technical knowledge and her artistic point of view to create exactly the atmosphere I had in my mind.”.
Émilie Pesante has established herself as an essential figure in the world of cinematography. She is not only a high-level technician, but an artist whose unique perspective transforms each project into a singular visual and emotional experience. Her expertise extends over several aspects of the profession, in particular for having introduced uncommon techniques in the industry, such as the use of plexiglass or prism in front of the camera, allowing effects to be obtained that amplify the viewer’s immersion.
Emilie works now between Paris and Los Angeles. She brings with her all her background and her talent to make a great show.
