Of course, it ignited a firestorm of emotions among the Buckeyes. Almost instantly, Ohio State players charged forward, shoving and swinging at their opponents in a display that quickly spiraled out of control. In the aftermath, Michigan running back Kalel Mullings weighed in on the situation, expressing disappointment at the violent eruption. “For such a great game, you hate to see stuff like that after the game. It’s bad for the sport, it’s bad for college football,” Mullings stated in a postgame interview.
