Mary Cosby revealed the one cast member who didn’t reach out after her emotional scene with her son, Robert Cosby Jr., during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live on Wednesday.
As the 52-year-old Real Housewives of Salt Lake City cast member also offered a post-rehab update on Robert Jr., 21, and his wife, Alexiana, shared where she stands with Britani Bateman, and revealed what Rihanna‘s told her in DMs, Mary reacted to Bronwyn Newport, 39, flying their castmates home from Palm Springs in coach and Heather Gay, 50, kissing the a** of Lisa Barlow, 49.
“I heard from all of them except Lisa. But I don’t expect to hear from anyone,” Mary shared on the December 4 episode of WWHL. “Robert is doing so good. I am so proud of him. He did go to rehab, stayed for a month. He completed it. He did an excellent job. He came out a new person.”
As for Alexiana, she went to rehab, too.
“And you know what? She’s still in there,” Mary confirmed.
According to Mary, she wasn’t at all hesitant to go to her husband, Robert Cosby Sr., for help after Robert Jr. revealed his addiction to pills.
“No. I needed him. I did — because he’s experienced drugs when he was younger so he would be able to guide Robert better,” she explained.
Looking back at her and Robert Jr.’s emotional conversation, Mary denied it was “planned.”
“We just came together, Robert and I, and I said, ‘We’re gonna do this because we’re gonna help somebody.’ He didn’t plan what I was gonna say and I didn’t plan. I just said what I felt,” she shared, through tears.
Moving on to newbie Britani, after a fan wanted to know if they’d see her reconcile with her co-star as she did with Angie Katsasnevas, 50, Mary said she and Britani are “not close.”
“And she’s nothing like Angie,” she added.
When Andy Cohen, 56, then asked her if she’d ever spoken to Rihanna in DMs, Mary confirmed she had and revealed what was said.
“I love her. She says I’m a jewel. She says she loves me,” she disclosed.
Later, on the WWHL: After Show, Mary was asked if she agreed with Lisa that Bronwyn should’ve flown the ladies private back from Palm Springs since that’s how she flew them down.
“I think that it was a dig from Bronwyn. I think Bronwyn did that to pay them back and make them more grateful for what she did do, and I think that was intentional,” Mary replied. “Would I have wanted to fly back in coach if I flew down in private? No.”
According to Mary, she would’ve agreed to fly back in coach if she’d been given a heads-up.
“They didn’t have a choice,” she noted. “I would want a warning. Just let me know that you don’t like how I behaved, you didn’t like me on this trip, and you’re gonna fly me back in coach. Don’t spank me and then tell me you’re gonna give me a spanking.”
Also on the live broadcast, Mary played a game in which she was asked to choose between Angie and Meredith Marks, 52, revealing that she’d rather go on a girls’ trip with Angie, liked Angie’s husband more, and wasn’t annoyed by either of them.
As for who kisses Lisa’s a** more, Mary signaled another castmate.
“Probably Heather,” she declared, before stating, “Oh, she’s not on here. Out of these two? I would have to say Meredith.”
