According to the lawsuit, Grayson’s sibling won a contest through the local radio station KJAMZ, which included a trip to New York City to attend Diddy’s famous “White Party.” The prize package consisted of round-trip airfare, accommodations at the Roger Smith Hotel, and exclusive tickets for the event. Grayson submitted photos of her airline tickets and the hotel bill funded by Atlantic Records as part of her lawsuit. After arriving in New York, Grayson claimed the party was changed at the last minute to a “Black Party,” she was separated from her sibling during entry, TMZ reported.
Grayson alleges that her sibling was left outside while she entered the venue. She claims to have taken photos with various celebrities, which have been included as evidence in the lawsuit. According to the lawsuit, Grayson was offered premade drinks at the party, and after consuming only two, she began to feel severely ill and disoriented. Her next conscious memory is waking up at Saint Vincent’s Medical Center, where she found herself without underwear, in a ripped shirt, and missing most of her money.

Grayson asserts that she has no memory of the assault and did not see or communicate with Diddy during the incident. After the event, she claims to have received a troubling phone call from an anonymous woman who warned her against pursuing legal action against Diddy because of his status. Her attorney, Ariel Mitchell, states that this fear and confusion have contributed to Grayson’s initial silence.
Diddy’s legal team has yet to respond to the allegations. He is currently being held at MDC Brooklyn, facing multiple charges including racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation for prostitution.
