Joshua Hall Gets Candid About ‘Tough’ 2024 Amid Christina Hall Divorce

After a challenging 2024, Joshua Hall is ready to leave the past behind and embrace the new year with a fresh perspective.

In July 2024, news broke that the TV personality and his wife, Christina Hall (née Haack), had decided to end their marriage after more than two years together. Both filed for divorce on July 15, with Joshua citing their date of separation as July 8, while Christina listed it as July 7.

Though Joshua Hall didn’t directly address the split in his recent update, he shared a moment of gratitude, noting that despite the hardships, 2024 “wasn’t all that bad” thanks to the support of his loved ones.

As he rang in the New Year, Hall got candid about the “tough year” he endured in 2024. While it had its moments, he admitted, “It helped me grow and be stronger than I’ve ever been.”

“Sometimes the tough situations can change you. You end up becoming a different person. A better version of yourself,” he continued. “You learn things about yourself you didn’t know before. It has opened my eyes to many things. Even though it was tough, I know that it taught me many lessons and for that I’m grateful. I always tell myself that God gives his toughest battles to his strongest soldiers.”

Joshua Hall began dating Christina Hall shortly after her divorce from Ant Anstead in 2021. The pair married in 2022 and went on to co-star in several HGTV series, including “Christina on the Coast” and “Christina in the Country.”

The duo had also been slated to compete against Christina’s ex-husband, Tarek El Moussa, and his wife, Heather Rae El Moussa, in the upcoming HGTV series, “The Flip Off.” However, following their split, the show’s plans have shifted.

Hall added that these lessons helped him realize “who is really there for you. These people become your pillars in life. They stand by you.”

The realtor wrapped up his Instagram post by looking to 2025, calling it “a new year, a fresh start, and a chance to write a new book with some new beginnings.”
