The Rookie Season 7 will premiere on ABC on January 7, 2025. The episode will also be available for streaming a day later on Hulu, on January 8.
The first episode of the seventh season of the popular drama series will first arrive on ABC on Tuesday, January 7 at 10:00 PM ET. A few hours later, fans can stream it on Hulu, where it will premiere at 12:00 AM PT, on January 8, 2025.
Who will star The Rookie Season 7?
The Rookie has officially confirmed all the fresh faces who will be joining The Rookie in Season 7, as well as those who will no longer be a part of it.
Unfortunately, Tru Valentino, who plays Aaron Thorsen, has confirmed that he will not be returning for the upcoming season of The Rookie. This of course came as quite a shock to the fans as he was one of the major characters in the series since Season 4. However, as the show bids adieu to Thorsen, Season 7 promises some new exciting additions to the cast.
Actor Ivan Hernandez will be guest-starring this season as Detective Graham. Details of his character remain under wraps, but showrunner Alexi Hawley has shared some tidbits. In an interview for TV Line, she revealed that “He plays a detective at our station who ends up becoming a personal obstacle for Wesley (played by Shawn Ashmore) — but in a fun way.” Hernandez is best known for his role as Franklyn in And Just Like That…
Another major addition to the cast is Deric Augustine, who will be playing Miles. As per Disney’s presentation at a recent press tour, the character is “one of the newest rookies at the LAPD. As a Texas transfer, Miles is a ‘rookie’ despite being a two-year veteran of the force.” (via Variety)
Finally, another new cast member of The Rookie Season 7 is Patrick Keleher, who will be playing another new rookie named Seth. This role will mark Keleher’s television debut, as revealed by the actor on Instagram.
