RHOSLC’s Todd Bradley’s Divorce Settlement With Ex Revealed!

Todd Bradley’s reported settlement agreement with his ex-wife surfaced, revealing how much money she walked away with. Todd, 66, is now married to Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star Bronwyn Newport, 39.

In 2009, Todd’s wife of 27 years filed for divorce. They were 22 years old when they tied the knot, and they share two kids together. During their marriage, he allegedly gifted Margaret expensive jewelry, and they owned several residences, including a San Diego mansion and a manor in Palo Alto that’s now listed for $14.9 million.

Per court docs via Daily Mail, a judge in San Diego granted the divorce after the exes’ negotiations were “carried out at arm’s length” in front of the judge. They were assisted by their respective lawyers, financial planners, and forensic accountants, according to documents.

As part of their marital settlement agreement, Margaret waived the right to receive spousal support. Child support wasn’t on the table because their children were adults.

Todd reportedly agreed to pay Margaret $4 million.

“In consideration of the mutual waivers of support, Todd shall pay Margaret the sum of four million dollars ($4,000,000) as set forth in the MSA (Marital Settlement Agreement). Said sum shall not be taxable to Margaret nor deductible to Todd,” the court documents explained.

The exes decided that no equalization payment would be made because “the parties have divided all community property assets and liabilities and accounts equally.”

They agreed to cover their own lawyer fees and expenses, even though Margaret had requested that Todd pay it when she first filed.

At the time, Todd estimated that his wife’s gross monthly income was $30,000. He said the number was based on “approximately $10,000,000 in cash” she received because of a “partial division of marital assets to date.”

Including the $4 million, Margaret got a total of $14 million from the settlement.

At the time, Todd noted that he was earning $60,219 per month – with $797,518 in bonuses – as Hewlett-Packard’s executive vice president. In 2009, his gross income was more than $10 million. According to a report, his estimated net worth is now $24.6 million.

In her Declaration of Disclosure, Margaret listed community and separate property, as well as “jewelry gifted to [her] during marriage.”
