Fans of Severance Season 2 are eager to find out how many episodes are left in the acclaimed Apple TV+ show. Created by Dan Erikson, the thriller series focuses on Lumon Industries, a company that wields the ability to split one consciousness between work and personal life. They conceal their shady motives from their staff by welcoming them in a retro and pretentious environment.

With the popular series entering its season 2, here are details on its release schedule.

How many episodes of Severance Season 2 are left after Episode 1?

Severance Season 2’s nine episodes are left after the premiere of Episode 1, which was titled “Hello, Ms. Cobel.“

The new installment comprises a of total ten episodes, unlike, its predecessor, which featured only nine episodes. Every episode will air on Apple TV+. For new users, the streaming service offers a 7-day trial to surf its library. However, if you are a regular user, then you have to purchase a valid subscription. Meanwhile, if you have bought a new Apple device recently, then you get a three-month free trial as well.

Severance Season 2 will witness the return of Mark and his team, after their staggering experience in the outside world. Upon their arrival, they will learn more about the latest organizational shakeups, which have led to new employees joining.

Severance Season 2’s release schedule explained

Here are the global release dates for each Severance Season 2 episode:

Severance S0201 – “Hello, Ms. Cobel” – January 17, 2025

Severance S0202 – “Goodbye, Mrs. Selvig” – January 24, 2025

Severance S203  – “Who Is Alive?” – January 31, 2025

Severance S0204– “Woe’s Hollow” – February 7, 2025

Severance S0205- “Trojan’s Horse” – February 14, 2025

Severance S0206- TBA – February 21, 2025

Severance S0207 – TBA – February 28, 2025

Severance S0208 – TBA- March 7, 2025

Severance S0209 – TBA- March 14, 2025

Severance S0210 – TBA – March 21, 2025

However, all Severance Season 2 episodes will likely be released on Thursdays at 9 p.m. ET / 8 p.m. CT / 6 p.m. PT in the US. This Thursday evening release may be a surprise to US fans, as Apple itself states a Friday rollout. However, for those eager to catch the latest episode as it goes live, Thursday evening/night is the earliest opportunity.

For non-US audiences, Severance Season 2 episodes will indeed be released on Fridays at 2 a.m. GMT, 7.30 a.m. IST, and so on.
