Garcelle’s Son Oliver Saunders’ Income is Revealed

Garcelle Beauvais’ son Oliver Saunders has reached a divorce settlement with his ex, Samantha, as a new report revealed details of their agreement. Though Oliver has appeared several times on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, he also made a splash on Vanderpump Rules season 10 when he kissed Raquel Leviss.

Samantha and Oliver tied the knot in May of 2020. Earlier that year, Samantha gave birth to their son. About two years later, he filed for divorce. Oliver reportedly filmed Pump Rules shortly before he filed.

According to documents obtained by In Touch, Oliver and his ex-wife reached a divorce settlement.

They agreed to share joint physical and legal custody of their four-year-old. Per the document, Oliver earns $9,731 a month, while Samantha earns about $11,878. However, neither of the exes will owe child support, and they consented to split the expenses of extracurricular activities.

Oliver also consented to cover 60 percent of the $26,291 they owe in past rent, while Samantha pays the other 40 percent.

Neither Samantha nor Oliver will pay spousal support, and Samantha will return to her maiden name. Both sides will cover their own attorney fees. The exes also said they wouldn’t speak negatively about each other around their child.

“The parents agree that neither shall disparage the other in the presence of the child, nor shall either make any comment that would demean the other parent in the eyes of the child,” said the settlement.

Oliver submitted a plan in which they’d share legal custody of the child, and he requested primary physical custody.

“[Oliver] is a fit and proper person to be awarded primary physical custody of the minor child subject to a reasonable visitation for [Samantha],” said the petition. “During the said marriage, the tastes, mental disposition, views, likes, and dislikes of [Oliver] and [Samantha] have become so widely divergent that the parties have become incompatible in marriage to such an extent that it is impossible for them to live together as husband and wife and that the incompatibility between them is so great there is no possibility of reconciliation.”

Initially, Samantha responded by asking the court to give her joint physical and legal custody. Last summer, Oliver revealed that his girlfriend Shantei was pregnant with a “baby girl.”
