There have been quite a few changes to the relationship dynamics on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Kyle Richards seems to be on the outs with much of the cast, including Dorit Kemsley. There has also been much talk about a recent comment that Garcelle Beauvais made about her sexuality and whether she weaponized a private conversation against Kyle. Now, Garcelle is responding.
This season on RHOBH, Kyle has made it a point not to discuss her relationship with Morgan Wade even though she appeared on the show last season. Many of the ladies on the cast, including Garcelle, have discussed this in interviews.
Recently, Garcelle had an interview with US Weekly. During the interview, she was asked about the idea of having a private conversation with Kyle and then weaponizing it. Garcelle insisted that this was not the case.
According to Garcelle, “I absolutely would not have done that and didn’t do that. What she confided in me has nothing to do with what I said to her. Those are two separate things.”
This comes after Kyle appeared on Watch What Happens Live and said, “I had a private conversation with Garcelle, which was a genuine conversation and it meant a lot to me so when she did that, I felt like, ‘Wow. You took our private conversation that really had a lot of meaning to me and you weaponized it.’”
She went on, “I really thought we were becoming close, and I was happy and looking forward to us becoming closer and better friends.”
Kyle also previously said, “What was really going through my head was, ‘You’re being an a–hole right now, and don’t try to act, like, “Oopsie daisies.” You know exactly what you are doing.’”
The comment from Garcelle that started this was: “Be whoever you want to be. If you want to be a lesbian, be a lesbian.”
