J-Hope‘s “Mona Lisa” tops this week’s new music poll.

Music fans voted in a poll published Friday (March 21) on Billboard, choosing the BTS superstar’s latest solo song as their favorite new music release of the past week.

“Mona Lisa” brought in nearly 90% of the vote, far surpassing other recent music releases. Among the competition were Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco’s I Said I Love You First, Jack Harlow and Doja Cat’s “Just Us,” Jonas Brothers’ “Love Me to Heaven,” and Morgan Wallen’s “I’m a Little Crazy” and “Just in Case,” among others.

Released on Friday, “Mona Lisa” is described as a love song that celebrates the uniqueness of one’s beauty. The track also “explores an infatuation towards a person whose beauty is one of a kind,” according to his label BIG HIT.

The new release follows the South Korean artist’s recent digital single with Miguel, “Sweet Dreams,” which debuted at No. 66 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart dated March 22.

“Mona Lisa” also marks J-Hope’s first drop since his March 2024 EP, Hope on the Street Vol. 1. The six-track set featured collaborations with his BTS bandmate Jung Kook on “I Wonder,” Benny Blanco and Nile Rodgers on “Lock/Unlock,” and Le Sserafim’s Huh Yunjin on “I Don’t Know.”

Placing second in the fan-voted poll was Gomez and Blanco’s I Said I Love You First, which earned nearly 9% of the vote. The engaged couple’s joint album includes previously released singles “Scared of Loving You,” “Sunset Blvd,” “Younger and Hotter Than Me,” and “Call Me When You Break Up,” featuring Gracie Abrams.
