New court documents show that one of Diddy‘s latest accusers has amended his “freak-off” lawsuit to remove Beyoncé and JAY-Z‘s names.

As we previously shared on April 1, a Florida man named Manzaro Joseph came forward with shocking human trafficking allegations against music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs. According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Joseph alleges that he was sexually assaulted, drugged, and humiliated during a wild birthday party for Diddy’s son Christian “King” Combs.

It’s noted that Joseph’s “freak-off” descriptor does not match what federal prosecutors have said in their federal sex trafficking indictment. They allege “freak-offs” involve Diddy, a male sex worker, and another woman.

Documents claim the birthday party occurred on Star Island in April 2015. Joseph alleges that Diddy humiliated him by strapping a penis to his face and parading him around the party. Joseph continued to allege that Beyoncé, JAY-Z, LeBron James, and Gloria Estefan all witnessed his condition during the alleged “freak-off” party. However, Joseph is NOT suing them, they are only mentioned as apparent witnesses.

In his lawsuit, Joseph claims he was drugged and transported to Star Island for the birthday bash. He alleges someone dragged him into the back entrance of Emilio Estefan and Gloria Estefan’s mansion, where an alleged panicked Gloria saw his “drug-induced stupor” and demanded someone call an ambulance. He alleges Emilio silenced Gloria and sent her away into a crowd.

Joseph also alleges that he saw LeBron James walking through a hallway in a bath towel. He claims LBJ stared at him and said, “Y’all better do something about that!” Joseph also alleges that former adult actress Adria English escorted him through a secret tunnel to Diddy’s mansion. Upon regaining partial consciousness, he claims he saw Beyoncé and JAY-Z in a large area of the party.

He further alleges that Beyoncé saw him and asked, “What’s this? What’s this all about? Why is this half-naked white man with a c**k mask standing here in front of me?” He alleges one of Diddy’s people told Bey, “Diddy wants him to see what we do to snitches. This is part of his punishment.”

Joseph alleges he was forcibly paraded through several packed rooms where people degraded him, allegedly at Diddy’s command. He alleges Diddy told these taunting partygoers, “He’s gonna find out what we do to snitches tonight. Get him undressed!” He later claims he was eventually stripped and then dressed in a small thong bikini bottom and a black leather mask with a rubber dam pushed inside and zipped shut over his head.

He adds that the mask also had a locking sex device attached to it and protruding from his mouth. Joseph alleges that Diddy and Adria English subjected him to degradation and non-consensual acts. He also claims that he later saw celebrity jeweler Jacob Arabo, who allegedly appeared disturbed by his outfit. He alleges Arabo asked, “What’s this? What’s going on with this guy? Why is he standing here staring at me with a penis strapped to his face?”

Diddy’s Legal Team Fires Back At Manzaro Joseph’s ‘Freak-Off’ Lawsuit

Joseph alleges Emilio intervened again and ordered Diddy’s people to escort him away. He alleges Gloria again begged for an ambulance, but Emilio shut her down again and moved her into a crowd. Joseph is suing Diddy, Emilio Estefan, Adria English, Diddy’s alleged drug mule Brendan Paul, Eric Mejias (who allegedly drugged, transported, and threatened him), and several other John Does, for human trafficking with damages.

Responding to the claims, Diddy’s legal team told TMZ:

“This complaint demonstrates the depraved lengths plaintiffs will travel to garner headlines in pursuit of a payday. No sane person reading this complaint could credit this story. Mr. Combs looks forward to having his day in court where these lies – and the perverse motives of those who told them – will be revealed.”

A representative for Gloria and Emilio Estefan told TMZ:

“Gloria and Emilio Estefan strongly deny the allegations made. The property in question was never a home where Gloria and Emilio resided, but it was rather a house they owned for family use. There were no parties thrown at that property between 2012 and 2019. We have all necessary documentation to support these facts and will provide it to the court.”

Diddy Accuser Removes Beyoncé And JAY-Z From Diddy ‘Freak-Off’ Lawsuit After Lawyer Responds

Brendan Paul’s attorney, Brian Bieber, asked if the lawsuit was an April Fool’s Day joke. He further called the allegations “100% false and literally impossible to have occurred.” Bieber said Paul was still in high school in Ohio at the time and had yet to set foot in West Palm Beach. He also said they are “seeking an immediate dismissal of the case and appropriate sanctions.”

LeBron James’ spokesperson said, “This is demonstrably false and doesn’t even merit a report or response. A basic internet search shows what LeBron was doing all of April 2015. He was playing basketball for the Cleveland Cavaliers and never in Miami.”

JAY-Z’s attorney Alex Spiro told the publication, “Mr. Carter wasn’t in Florida at that time to witness this incident. He was engaged in easily findable public activities that prove he was not at this event. This is more nonsense that erodes the trust in our ‘justice’ system.”

Since news of the lawsuit made headlines, TMZ updates that Diddy’s accuser has amended his “freak-off” lawsuit to drop the names of Beyoncé and JAY-Z. In new documents obtained by the publication, Manzaro Joseph completely removed any mention of Bey or JAY. Joseph is still suing Diddy, Emilio Estefan, and others.
