‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ star Porsha Williams is back on another Delta flight (this time with AirPods) and laughing off her recent flight altercation after being cleared of any criminal charges from the incident.

Porsha Williams Gets Into Altercation With Another Female Passenger On Delta Flight
As we previously shared, the initial incident went down last Sunday (November 16) after Williams spent the weekend in Vegas at BravoCon with her fellow ‘RHOA’ castmates and more. Before the Delta plane doors even shut for takeoff from Vegas to Atlanta, Williams said another female passenger began to complain to her about the volume on her phone.
Williams admitted that she did not have any headphones plugged into her iPhone as she watched videos on Instagram with the volume up. The incident quickly escalated with Williams accusing the woman of “verbally abusing” her and the woman alleging Williams “assaulted” her.
Once the plane landed, police at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport escorted Williams off the flight. Pulling off to the side of the gate, Williams gave officials a statement. She recalled the entire incident and said both women were cussing at each other, but she never got physical with the other passenger.
Other passengers, who exited the plane and saw Williams with police, stopped by to check on her. They also defended her, giving brief statements to police. When police spoke with the other passenger in the altercation, she failed to admit any offensive language used and alleged Williams nearly poked her eye out with her long fingernails.
The incident left Williams on the FBI’s radar with potential federal criminal charges. On November 18, two days after Williams’ Delta flight incident, her lawyer, Joe Habachy, spoke with TMZ and said:
“Ms. Williams was verbally assaulted by an irate and unhinged passenger without provocation. The passenger then proceeded to make false allegations that were in direct conflict with observations from several eyewitnesses. As with any incident occurring aboard an aircraft, federal authorities are required to conduct an investigation involving all parties to determine what, if any, offenses occurred. Ms. Williams has every intention of cooperating with law enforcement to whatever extent necessary, and remains confident that the passenger will be charged.”

Porsha Williams Cleared Of Any Criminal Charges After Delta Flight Altercation, Returns To Airlines On New Flight With AirPods
On November 21, after speaking with Williams attorney, Joe Habachy, TMZ reported that officials cleared his client of any potential criminal charges. Habachy said:
“We just received word from the United States Attorney’s Office that they have determined that ‘no crime has been committed,’ and that the FBI ‘will not pursue any further investigative actions regarding this matter.’
While Ms. Williams is certainly pleased to have received this news today, we cannot say that we are surprised given that there was never a physical encounter and given that the allegations made against Ms. Williams by this unhinged passenger were blatantly false from the beginning.
Sadly, nothing can undo the unfortunate and damaging press frenzy that ensued as a result of these false allegations with many headlines that were downright defamatory. At a minimum, Ms. Williams is owed apologies by this passenger and by every publication that furthered the unsubstantiated storyline at Ms. Williams’ expense.
Ms. Williams offers her sincere thanks to the many witnesses who took time from their schedules to come forward and provide statements to law enforcement and to the Agents who worked so hard to uncover the truth.”
A week after the incident, Williams is now laughing off the entire ordeal. On Sunday (November 23), she took to her Instagram Story and joked about bringing AirPods (Apple headphones) with her onto her latest Delta flight. Williams posted a photo of her self drinking out of a Delta paper cup. Peeking from under her Fendi headwrap, she had an AirPod in her ear. Williams captioned the photo, “AirPods on deck! Safe travels to me.”
