A viral petition seeking to “Deport Nicki Minaj to Trinidad” has surpassed 25,000 signatures following her Erika Kirk interview. The campaign organizer, listed as “Pedonika Minaj,” has also tagged the White House, ICE (Immigration & Customs Enforcement), the FBI (Federal Bureau of Investigation), and U.S. Military.

Nicki Minaj Praises Donald Trump And Speaks With Erika Kirk
While the petition was first created on July 9, 2025, it has since gone viral and gained serious traction after Nicki Minaj, born Onika Maraj, praised President Donald Trump last month and then spoke with Turning Point USA CEO Erika Kirk at last week’s AmericaFest event in Phoenix, Arizona.
As we previously shared, in November, Minaj publicly praised President Trump and then defended her actions. Her initial praise arrived after he threatened Nigeria’s government officials amid reports alleging the persecution of Christians. Minaj’s allegiance quickly landed her an invitation from the United Nations. She ended up again thanking President Trump for his ‘leadership’ during her UN speech.
A little over a month later, Minaj shocked fans nationwide when she appeared on stage with Erika Kirk, the widow of former Turning Point USA CEO Charlie Kirk. While sitting for a Q&A with Erika Kirk, Nicki Minaj again praised Donald Trump, Vice President JD Vance, and the rest of the Trump administration. However, Minaj’s continued allegiance only pushed her fans further away from her.

Petition To ‘Deport Nicki Minaj To Trinidad’ Surpasses 25,000 Signatures
Following Nicki Minaj’s UN speech praising Donald Trump and her surprise Q&A with Erika Kirk, a viral petition, launched back in July, has gained momentum, surpassing 25,000 signatures.
On the petition page, photos of Minaj and mugshots of her husband, Kenneth Petty, a registered convicted sex offender, appear under “The Issue” section. The petition organizer, “Pedonika Minaj,” continued to list off reasons for Minaj’s deportation, writing:
“Nicki Minaj is currently spiraling out of control and seems to be experiencing psychosis. Her erratic behavior has led her to harass the Carters, a well-respected and completely innocent American family. Despite having no justifiable reason to target them, her relentless pursuit has become a source of distress and disruption for their lives. This type of behavior is not only unacceptable but warrants intervention on a societal level.
In addition to her personal misconduct, Minaj’s choice of partner puts further stain on her reputation. She is married to Kenneth Petty, a registered sex offender, whose criminal history brings additional concern. Despite the gravity of his past actions, Minaj continues to fiercely defend him, reportedly going as far as intimidating and threatening his victims. Such actions demonstrate a blatant disregard for the law and for the safety of others.
This is not just a personal grievance—it is a matter of public concern. Nicki Minaj’s influential status does not grant her the right to overstep legal and moral boundaries. Her actions have demonstrated that she poses a threat not only to the individuals she has targeted but potentially to the broader community.
Deporting Nicki Minaj back to her home country, Trinidad, seems the most viable solution to curtail her harmful actions. It would ensure the safety of American citizens and send a clear message that harassment and support of criminal activity will not be tolerated. Let us stand together in urging the authorities to take immediate action for the safety and well-being of all involved. Sign this petition to make our voices heard and ensure that justice is served.”

Notably, in October 2019, Minaj and her husband talked about him “getting her citizenship and green card” after tying the knot. In September 2024, Minaj again mentioned she’s “not a citizen of America.” She said she was born in Trinidad and Tobago and lived in the United States for many years. She even wondered why she hasn’t received an “honorary citizenship” despite paying millions in taxes.
