Loki may have a bigger impact on Avengers: Doomsday than fans thought! One fan-favorite character is set to make their return in a recently posted rumor.
It seems that every week the rumor mill is leaking yet another character being added to the cast of Avengers: Doomsday. The film seems to be absolutely packed to the gills with heroes from across the Infinity and Multiverse Sagas. In fact, it seems the only characters that the project WON’T reference are those like Victor Timely in Loki due to their connection to Jonathan Majors.
However, that doesn’t mean that Loki will be completely ignored in Avengers: Doomsday. A rumor from DanielRPK suggests that everyone’s favorite TVA agent Mobius M. Mobius, played by Owen Wilson, will make his return in the upcoming film. Given it’s been over two years since fans saw Mobius last, his return would certainly be a surprising and welcome one.
Is Mobius In Avengers: Doomsday?
It’s important to note that DanielRPK previously reported that Mobius would appear in Deadpool and Wolverine. The leaker took to social media to clarify that the aforementioned rumor was based on concept art. This time, they claim that Owen Wilson was spotted filming scenes for Avengers: Doomsday, giving a much more solid grounding for his return.
Since some people asked me about it, the Mobius in Deadpool 3 thing was based on concept art BEFORE the movie even started filming when I scooepd that the TVA will be in the film, but the Doomsday situation is based on him actually filming scenes. So it’s already done.

Regardless of if this rumor has any standing, it’s more likely than not that Owen Wilson does return as Mobius in Avengers: Doomsday. With Loki set to appear in the film, the TVA will certainly be playing a large role in the film’s conflict. Though whether or not they end up as a friend or foe to the heroes is left to be seen.
