Drew Sidora made shocking allegations against her estranged husband, Ralph Pittman Jr., in recently filed court documents.
Amid their messy divorce, the 40-year-old Real Housewives of Atlanta star claimed she had previously submitted video evidence of Ralph, 43, “severely beating” their son as she attempted to convince a judge to go back on an order requiring her to move out of their former marital home in Georgia.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ on April 23, Drew said that she couldn’t move out of the mansion because she didn’t have the money and would be faced with homelessness if the judge didn’t overturn their decision.
As RHOA fans may have seen, a judge awarded Ralph primary custody of their two kids and demanded Drew vacate the home by the end of May during a court hearing earlier this year after she was accused of allowing one of the children to miss an excessive amount of school.
In her new documents, Drew said she provided the court with “a video in which [Ralph] could be heard severely beating the parties’ son,” and she noted that Ralph had supposedly admitted to the abuse in 2024. However, he denied any such thing in court last month.
Drew also said Ralph, whom she split from in 2023, confirmed they were $25,000 behind on their mortgage payments, and she added that she was confused by the judge’s decision to rule in his favor since he has a “documented history of physically abusing the parties’ son.”
Just last week, another report from TMZ revealed that Drew wanted Ralph fined $1,000 and thrown behind bars for 20 days for allegedly stealing and leaking “stolen” text messages, claiming he was in violation of a restraining order that had been put into place.
As she noted in court documents, Drew brought up the issue to a judge last year, stating that Ralph had allegedly stolen text messages from her phone and given them to a media outlet before his divorce filing in order to paint her in a “negative light.”
Additionally, Drew accused her estranged spouse of sharing the messages on social media to cause her further embarrassment.
“While it is clear and apparent that [Ralph] has disdain for his estranged wife, such disdain does not give [Ralph] the right to publicly humiliate [Drew],” her documents explained.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta season 17 airs Sundays at 8/7c on Bravo.
