A second leaked audio clip from the Summer House reunion was released tonight, and it’s just as shocking as the first.
The clip begins with a man’s voice saying to Amanda Batula, “You, again, lied to our friends, it makes it all 100 times worse.”
Host Andy Cohen then points out that it would take a casual viewer to find it odd that West Wilson and Amanda’s statement confirming their relationship didn’t mention Ciara Miller or Kyle Cooke.
“I feel like it’s damned if you do, damned if you don’t,” Amanda replies in the clip that leaked on Reddit. “If you say people — listen, I handled it the way I thought was the right thing to do.”
A man’s voice then insists it was a “word salad,” to which Amanda agrees.
A female voice then points out that she saw Amanda “kissing and making out with Kyle” and then “leave with West.”
“I jokingly kissed Kyle,” Amanda insists, to which the female voice objects, saying it was “multiple kisses” and this is “crazy” to them.
“That wasn’t an intimate, romantic — that was a jokey…” Amanda answers.
When Ciara interjects to say Amanda was married, Amanda asks her to “stop saying that.”
“But you are married,” Ciara continues. “That was your husband.”
“Kyle’s making out with other people, Kyle’s going out on dates, but let’s come at me for this,” Amanda claps back in an attempt to defend her behavior. “Kyle’s still married. Where’s the hate for him? Where’s the anger for him? We are not together. We are separated.”
Kyle then pipes in to say he was coming from another bar with Jesse and other friends on February 28, when they walked into the bar Amanda and West were at.
“We didn’t make out,” Amanda insists of what happened with Kyle that night. “I was drunk. We were being silly.”
Kyle then points out that West was “too f**ked up to speak” and then a man’s voice says they asked her that night if she was hooking up with West and she said, “No. West is just my boy.”
Andy then turned the conversation to Amanda and West’s statement, asking if a PR person helped them with it, and Ciara presses her to know who wrote it.
“ChatGPT,” Amanda says. “No. I was kidding. That was a joke.”
Ciara then shares she found out the statement was coming “less than 24 hours before it came out,” detailing Amanda texted her, admitting what was going on with West. She didn’t respond to her.
The conversation then turns to the group debating a night that Amanda’s location was found to be at West’s house, which she insists was “not at unreasonable hours,” despite what some people in the group were saying.
Kyle does end up having Amanda’s back, saying he talked to a woman named Katie who Amanda allegedly went to West’s apartment and left with.
After a first audio clip from the reunion leaked, Bravo launched an internal investigation to figure out who was behind it.
Yesterday, they revealed the investigation had been concluded and that action had been taken against the responsible individual.
“An investigation into the recent leak of the Summer House reunion audio has concluded that the audio was an unauthorized recording and distributed by an individual involved in the production of the reunion. As a result of the findings, appropriate action has been taken,” they shared in an official statement on April 26.
“There is no evidence that any member of the cast was involved in the recording of the audio,” Bravo continued. “We take these matters seriously and will continue to take appropriate measures to respond to the unauthorized distribution of our content.”
Bravo then shared they had knowledge there was a second audio clip from the reunion floating around that had yet to be made public.
“We are aware that there is additional improperly obtained audio circulating and we caution all parties and platforms to refrain from posting, sharing, or amplifying any unauthorized audio,” they added.
