6ix9ine‘s ex-girlfriend Yailin La Más Viral has filed a lawsuit against the rapper, claiming he physically, sexually, mentally and financially abused her, and that he retaliated against her with revenge porn.
According to documents obtained by TMZ on Friday (September 20), Yailin (real name Jorgina Lulu Guillermo Diaz) lobbed numerous allegations, saying her ex manipulated and forced her into plastic surgery, stole thousands of dollars from her, exerted power over her and kept her in a drugged-up state throughout their relationship.
She also said that when she broke up with him last month (which she says was because of his alleged theft and fraud), he posted sexually explicit videos and photos of her on X in revenge.
Though she notes the posts have since been removed, she is seeking more than $1 million in damages for the emotional distress they caused and wants the court to block him from ever posting anything else about her.
In a statement to TMZ, 6ix9ine denied the allegations: “All that jewelry is mine … that car she’s riding in I bought … the penthouse shoe [sic] got in the Dominican Republic I bought … I took care of her family, daughter — when I met her she had 2 month old baby — I put pampers and food on the table for them.”
Prior to this latest event, 6ix9ine had been on somewhat of a professional high, as his confidence in himself skyrocketed after his performance to a packed crowd in Romania over the summer.
On July 14, soon after he took the stage at the Beach, Please! festival in Northern Dobruja, the New York City native shared a snippet of his performance in front of the roaring audience to remind fans and followers of his popularity.
“I can take a lot of time off,” he wrote in the caption. “But I won’t ever stop being THE BEST to ever do this RAP shit. In marketing, videos, music, performances.
“Understanding that the industry is a lie and full of dick riding no backbone ass niggas that wanna be accepted. THIS IS REAL LIFE. Haters ain’t gonna like this post but I wouldn’t either if I was them. I LOVE YOU [Romanian flag emoij.]”
