This touching gesture follows reports from last month suggesting Miley asked her godmother, Dolly Parton, to back off from encouraging her to forgive Billy amidst their strained relationship.

Billy Ray sparked hope in the hearts of his fans after sharing a touching birthday message for his daughter on November 23, her 32nd birthday. The tribute featured nostalgic throwback photos, including one of the country star holding Miley as a baby and toddler.

“Happy Birthday Mile !!! Hope it’s the best one ever !” the 63-year-old wrote, affectionately referencing her nickname growing up. He added, “(I know I dropped the ‘y’. That’s what I called @mileycyrus most of her life.)”

The Instagram tribute quickly garnered attention, with many fans flooding the comments, hoping for a family reconciliation. One supporter wrote, “Hope you find your way back to one another.”

Another shared, “I pray for your family to reconcile with love,” alongside a heart emoji. A third fan noted, “You’ll always find your way back home,” while a fourth added, “I’m hoping the best for this relationship.” 

However, not all reactions were positive. One follower expressed skepticism, writing, “All of a sudden want to play father of the year. A bit too late for that, don’t you think?”

While some fans remain hopeful, it seems unlikely that a reconciliation is on the horizon. Reports suggest that the actress set firm boundaries against her godmother’s efforts to mend Miley’s fractured relationship with her estranged father. 

The Blast reported in October that the ongoing family tension left Parton heartbroken despite her repeated attempts to heal the rift.

Insiders shared that Miley has firmly rejected any reconciliation, believing the opportunity to repair their bond has passed. “For Miley, that ship has sailed,” a source revealed, adding that the singer wants Parton to end what she sees as a “forgiveness campaign.”

Taking it further, the “Wrecking Ball” artist allegedly urged her godmother to distance herself from Billy Ray entirely, framing the move as a show of loyalty.

Although things had been simmering for years, the family turmoil deepened after a leaked audio recording revealed a heated rant aimed at his ex-fiancée, Firerose. 

The “Achy Breaky Heart” singer, in an explosive outburst, insulted his ex with explicit language, accusing her of being a “selfish f–king b-tch” for causing him to miss a gig.

However, it did not stop there—Miley, already at odds with her father over his relationship with Firerose, may have also overheard him trashing her mother, Tish Cyrus, during the same tirade.

In the revealing June interview, she reflected on her father’s influence during his peak fame, revealing how his down-to-earth nature made a lasting impact on her.

Miley also addressed rumors of an estranged family dynamic, clarifying that while their relationship has had its ups and downs, there is no major fallout. 

The songwriter emphasized, “It’s just the way things played out,” before expressing gratitude for the sacrifices her parents made to support her dreams.

Miley seems to have tuned out the distractions and focused on her creativity, revealing her next project: a visual album inspired by Pink Floyd’s iconic “The Wall,” tentatively titled Something Beautiful.

The Blast noted that the Grammy-winning artist, known for her bold reinventions, shared details about the project during an interview with Harper’s BAZAAR.

She revealed that the album would pay homage to the legendary 1979 LP while incorporating a fresh, fashion-forward twist. “It was inspired by Pink Floyd’s The Wall,” Miley explained, highlighting her teenage introduction to the original album’s accompanying film.

“I have this heart-first attachment to it. My idea was making The Wall, but with a better wardrobe and more glamorous and filled with pop culture,” the Disney alum added.

Despite the warmth of Billy Ray Cyrus’ message, Miley Cyrus’ focus remains on her own creative projects.
