On Saturday (May 9), the rapper, born Danielle Marie Bregoli, took to her Instagram Story in response to a “Guess Who” style post from April 30.
The post showed a selfie of Bhad Bhabie from November 2025. She is currently 23 but was 22 in the photo. When users swiped left to confirm her identity, the found a photo of Bhabie from October 2018, when was 15. She wrote:
“Why do people constantly compare photos of me when I was 13-15 thinking I’m gonna look the same at 20-23. Y’all weird. All I did was grow up, change my hair color, sit in the sun instead of spending all day inside, and get a syringe of lip filler. Like, who the f**k else didn’t??
I was 15 in that photo being forced to wear that red ponytail for 5 years. Y’all would’ve been seeing me looking how I wanted to look instead of how my management team at the time wanted me to look if I would [have] had creative control. Like I begged for daily!!”

In a second post, she clarified, “Oh and I did get a nose job. Sorry, I forgot lol. And are my brows full!” Bhad Bhabie continued to go off in four more posts. In one the rapper, who is Italian and Jewish, slammed critics for previously, and still, claiming she wants to “be Black.”
“What’s crazy is on the pictures that y’all posted [of] me, saying look how she looked before, y’all were commenting under those pictures when they were first posted saying I wanted to be Black but now y’all are making these before and after pictures saying in the before, I looked White, and then the after I look like I wanna b[e] Black. But like I said in the before, y’all were saying, I looked like I wanted to Black too when they were first post[ed] so which one is it???? It makes no sense. I cannot help how y’all look at me and interpret me…
ATP [At this point] it’s like y’all just see certain things and think they — and when I say they, I mean, characteristics, facial features, hair, textures, hairstyles, accessories, etc. — y’all see those things and Y’ALL Y’ALL SELVES CATEGORIZE THEM WITH A SPECIFIC RACE SO YOU THINK ANYONE WHO HAS THAT SAME THING OR THAT SAME TYPE OF THING IS TRYING TO BE WHAT YOU IN YOUR HEAD THINK ONLY BELONGS TO THAT ONE THING. THAT’S A YOU PROBLEM, BABE.
Y’all used to say anyone with long nails wanted to be Black — even though my mother [who] had long nails her whole teenage and young adult life — is an Italian White woman. Long acrylic nails have found their way to be apart of every culture. It’s like that now, but it’s been that way. But y’all used to say that anyone who had long nails was trying to be Black. But now nobody says that sh*t. But if I even do such as blink here y’all go with the ‘she’s trying to be Black.’”
In a fourth post, Bhad Bhabie continued:
“It literally does not matter what I do. I have went as far as having my makeup artist use a foundation on me that was three shades lighter and wore a blonde wig ,and y’all still said I was trying to be Black. Y’all are f**king sick. Get a job and get out of your mother’s f**king basement, and then maybe you’ll stop being so f**king miserable, making sh*t up, being mentally ill thinking that you could possibly know what another person wants for you themselves. I have never a day in my life said I wanted to be any other race but the race that I am which is White. I am Italian and Jewish. My father is Jewish and was adopted by Jewish parents and my mother was Italian raised Italian. I was raised Catholic Italian. That is what I am it is a mental illness to think you can magically know what someone else wants for themselves, especially when they’ve never said that, and they have denied it, but you keep forcing it on them that is sick.”
While nearing the end of her rant, she posted a fifth post, referencing Kanye West. She warned, “Every time y’all try me like y’all Kanye crazy, I’mma go Kanye crazy!! Play with me, h*e!!!!!” In a sixth and final post, she added, “I can’t wait for y’all to see my head now. 😂😂😂😂😂😂. Y’all gonna be sh*t stuck. Ain’t gonna be sh*t for y’all to say. Anyone who can be clever enough to come up with something kudos to you, b*tch.”
