In a surprising but perhaps not shocking twist for Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fans, Dorit Kemsley has officially filed for divorce from her husband Paul “PK” Kemsley. The move comes just hours after paparazzi snapped PK sharing a very public kiss with reality star Shana Wall — yes, the same Shana Wall from The Amazing Race, and who once made headlines linked to dating Ryan Seacrest.
After nearly a decade of marriage and months of speculation, Dorit Kemsley is now seeking sole legal and physical custody of their two children, Jagger (11) and Phoenix (9), as well as spousal support. The paperwork, first reported by TMZ, signals a significant shift for the couple who only last May announced they were “taking time apart.”
That announcement, shared on social media, painted a picture of a couple committed to co-parenting peacefully while navigating ongoing struggles. “We continue to work through them as two people who love each other and share two amazing children,” the statement read. But clearly, something changed — or maybe it was already changing behind the scenes.
The kiss seen ‘round Beverly Hills, captured outside Cipriani’s restaurant, featured PK embracing Wall as the two leaned in like no one was watching — except, of course, everyone was. It’s unclear when the romance started, but the timing couldn’t be worse. Dorit’s decision to file for divorce came the very next day.
Fans of RHOBH will remember that the couple’s issues weren’t limited to tabloids. PK’s drinking habits were often a point of contention on the show, with Dorit once saying his alcohol use made him a “bad father.” PK has since claimed he’s been sober for over a year, but the damage may have already been done.
Interestingly, Dorit had previously expressed openness to a possible reconciliation — if PK was willing to meet her halfway. But with his lips now on someone else, that door may be closing for good.
