Last month, Allan Mueses, the father of Amara La Negra’s twin daughters and recurring ‘Love & Hip Hop: Miami’ personalty, was charged with four counts of sexual assault, stemming from an alleged incident 15 years ago.
Now, his alleged victim — whose name is being withheld from this story for privacy — claims Mueses “preyed” on her and told her “to think about [the alleged assault] every night.” Since then, she says the memory won’t go away, giving her nightmares.
As mentioned, Allan Mueses shares twin daughters with Latin singer and ‘LHHMIA’ star Amara La Negra. The former couple’s relationship was featured heavily during seasons four through six of the series. On March 23, 2022, they welcomed their “Royal Twins,” Sumajestad Royalty De Los Santos (Your Majesty Royalty) and Sualteza Empress De Los Santos (Your Highness Empress).

Allan Mueses Sexual Assault Accuser Testifies In Court, Alleges He ‘Preyed’ On Her And Recalls Alleged Rape Incident
Following the reports from Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel, the alleged victim appeared in court and testified this past week. According to Michigan’s MLive, the woman alleged Mueses told her to “think about this every night” as he assaulted her. She’s now claiming the memory won’t go away, giving her nightmares.
On Thursday (August 14), the woman relived the alleged rape again as she testified in court. She described them as friends who would often play sports together as part of a group at the WMU recreation center, before the alleged rape. She said one day, he forced himself on her multiple times, ignoring how she denied all of his sexual advances.
The woman claimed she went to Mueses’ apartment for a brief visit. However, things escalated as he allegedly asked her to come into his bedroom to see a photo of his child. He allegedly began taking her clothes off, leaving her panicked. She recalled telling him, “I don’t want to do anything, I just kept repeating that over and over. I’m thinking, ‘My worst nightmare is about to happen.’”
The woman said at one point, she attempted to make him ejaculate so he could finish and let her leave. However, he allegedly smacked her hand away. She said, “It kept getting more intense.” After showing him her purity ring, she alleged he ignored her and continued penetrating her. She recalled disassociating from her body and staring at a clock on the wall.
Per MLive, Mueses, seated next to his attorney Alfred Brandt, shook his head as the woman recalled the alleged incident. Considering the woman’s testimony and evidence presented, Judge Kathleen Hemingway moved the district court case to circuit court for trial. Mueses, who’s facing First-Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct – Personal Injury, has pleaded not guilty.
