Kyle Richards faced off with Dorit Kemsley in a heated reunion preview. Kyle called out her co-star’s “financial position,” as Dorit clapped back, and Erika Jayne mentioned her potential home foreclosure.
On the new season of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Kyle spoke to multiple co-stars about Dorit’s spending habits (amid allegations that she and her husband, PK Kemsley, are struggling financially amid their divorce).
In the past, Dorit has suggested that Kyle is taking the side of PK, who is friends with Kyle’s estranged husband, Mauricio Umansky. At one point in the season, Dorit spent $4,000 at one shop.
In a reunion preview, Kyle and Dorit faced off.
“These are mutual conversations!” said Kyle, seemingly addressing the talks she had with co-stars about Dorit’s spending.
“Kyle, do me a favor: Let’s stick with one thing right now,” said Dorit. “I’m making one point. I spent $4,000 in one of Rachel’s friends’ shops that they cleared for us to shop. Nobody bought anything but me. I didn’t want us to go into that shop and not buy anything. They had cute things. I can afford to spend $4,000. I’m very lucky to.”
“Yes,” said Kyle.
“Being judged by you, having you go and speak to the girls, the group about, ‘It’s a lot of money she’s spending.’ Kyle, especially from you out of all people,” said Dorit.
At this point, Kyle claimed that she’s not in the same “financial position” as Dorit.
“How do you know my financial position?” asked Dorit.
“Well, the house is being foreclosed on,” said Erika.
But Dorit continued to address Kyle, “[Do you know] because you speak to Mau, and Mau speaks to PK?”
“No,” Kyle clapped back. “Because it was in the news.”
“I really hope to God things stay amicable with you and Mau,” said Dorit. “I really do, and I hope to God nothing turns. But if and when it does, and you’re dealing with what I have had to deal with, maybe you’ll find it difficult to sit in rooms in conversations when you’re bursting at the seams, and you want to actually be talking to your girlfriends and have a little bit of support, only to have people either judging you [or] talking behind your back.”
The first part of the RHOBH reunion is set to air tonight, April 23, at 8 p.m. ET/PT on Bravo.
