Brit Eady posted a video of herself driving by Kenya Moore‘s salon on Instagram on Friday after Kenya’s salon belongings were laid out on the sidewalk amid her eviction dispute with her landlord over unpaid rent.
Months after Brit filed a $20 million lawsuit against Bravo over a photo that Kenya allegedly showcased of her in an apparent sex act amid Real Housewives of Atlanta season 16, Brit got back into the drama, showcasing a clip from Kenya’s salon, which is in the midst of a battle over unpaid rent.
“Never win when you play dirty,” Brit wrote in the caption of her April 23 clip.
In Brit’s clip, a number of items were seen outside of Kenya’s salon, suggesting that she was on the verge of moving out amid her battle with her landlord, who filed a motion against her weeks ago.
Around the same time, The Neighborhood Talk posted a video on its own Instagram page, which also featured Kenya’s salon.

“Neighbors, following a legal dispute over alleged unpaid rent, bystanders noticed Kenya Moore’s hair spa equipment outside the salon. Thoughts?” it asked.
Videos of Kenya’s salon items being laid out outside were also shared on TikTok.

As RHOA fans have seen, Kenya’s salon was ordered to pay $87,976 in unpaid rent and utilities in February after Northland Chamblee LLC filed a lawsuit against her. At the time, the landlord claimed Kenya hadn’t paid since December 2024, but she denied it.

UPDATE: Kenya took to her Kenyamoorehairspa Instagram account to respond to the latest news.
“I have spent the last several weeks moving out of my salon as a result of my ongoing legal battle with the landlord who has failed to reimburse me nearly $80k of improvement funds I am rightfully owed. My only recourse was to withhold rent and file a countersuit. I already have my outfit laid out for court chile!” wrote Kenya on April 24.
“To all the amazing women and men who came in and twirled out in style, thank you from the bottom of my heart!” she continued. “This salon chapter is closing, trust me, it’s not the end. It’s just the beginning of a new era. Stay tuned for what’s next!”
The Real Housewives of Atlanta season 17 airs Sundays at 8/7c on Bravo.
