The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Dorit Kemsley lost it over the “really scary” foreclosure situation she and her estranged husband, Paul “PK” Kemsley, are facing.
Her comments came to light via text messages between the pair that have been released.
In the exchange obtained by TMZ, which is dated April 26, Dorit told PK, “I received a letter in the mail saying the house is going to auction sale April 30. Are you aware?”
When he said he was not aware, she told him this was “really scary.”

“You’ve read it wrong or it’s a fake email suggest you send it to me,” PK replied to Dorit.
Dorit went on to insist it was not fake and sent him a copy of the note she had received.
“Why haven’t you paid the arrears and taken it out of foreclosure yet?” she asked him.

PK told her the letter was from someone who was offering to help the pair since they were behind on their mortgage payments.
“How do you know there’s no auction on April 30?” Dorit asked him. “I don’t think we are aware of everything that is happening now that the foreclosure has been registered.”
“You have a fast track to resolving the issues with the house and that is to sign the agreements that have been provided,” PK shot back. “To date you have chosen a different path that leads to a different result.”
Dorit then asked him what he was “talking about.”
“I’m waiting on you,” she continued. “I’ve told you 100 different ways I will sign the agreement, but you haven’t paid the arrears or taken it out of foreclosure and now your lawyer is delaying. Are you now saying you won’t pay the arrears and take the house out of foreclosure like you promised?”
She also asked him if this was “another game” he was playing with her lives and the lives of their children.
In more messages, TMZ unveiled, Dorit called PK an “addict” who “doesn’t know how to learn from their mistakes.”
“At least you’re consistent in proving a leopard doesn’t change its spots,” she also said in a message dated April 2. “My goodwill towards you has officially run out. Please, don’t come to me again asking for sympathy, support or protection.”

On April 7, Dorit fired off a text involving PK’s relationship with his current girlfriend, Tatiana Kharchylava.
“The kids are aware of your relationship,” she said. “I need you to be far more thoughtful in how you engage with them. When you and I communicate calmly, you’re capable of making sound decisions. That same care is often missing when it comes to the children, and the difference is not subtle.”

“PK, this pattern of conflict and made-up narratives needs to stop,” she added. “It has been going on for two years, and it is harming the kids. They need stability, consistency, and clarity. What is happening right now does not give them that.”
Dorit continued, “Two months ago, you acknowledged the damage your behavior has caused and chose a different approach. You saw the difference it made. You were clear you wanted to move forward and not repeat the past. You know exactly what this behavior does. I am not engaging in conflict.”
Dorit and PK currently remain in the throes of their bitter divorce and alleged financial dilemma.
