Briana Culberson and her husband, Ryan Culberson, were met with claims of Ozempic use as they attempted to enjoy their first-ever trip away from their four kids over the weekend.
While celebrating their 12-year anniversary in Kona, Hawaii, the Real Housewives of Orange County alum, daughter of Vicki Gunvalson, 61, was seen with Ryan in a happy photo. However, in addition to kind words from mom Vicki, the couple was met with an Instagram user who accused them of being on Ozempic.
“[Twelve] year anniversary trip to paradise!” Ryan wrote in the caption of their pic.
Following the sharing of the photo, Vicki surfaced in the comments section, where she expressed excitement for Briana and Ryan.
“I’m so proud of you! It’s so great to be recognized for all your hard work. Congratulations,” she wrote.
In response, Ryan thanked his mother-in-law while also confirming she is babysitting his and Briana’s children, including sons Troy, Owen, and Hank, and daughter Cora, while they are away.
“Thank you for watching the babies! Enjoying our first trip away from them ever!” Ryan replied.
As for the claims of Ozempic use, Ryan fired back at an Instagram user who asked, “Can anyone say OZEMPIC?”
“You must [be] new here, welcome!” he proclaimed. “There’s no shortcuts. [We were] willing to change our lifestyle, will you?”
As RHOC fans may know, Briana and Ryan have been quite vocal about their diet regimen in recent years, sharing photos and regular updates of their meals and weight loss on social media.
Most recently, after facing “serious medical problems” amid her fourth pregnancy, Briana confirmed that after losing a combined 128 pounds, along with Ryan, she quit following a keto diet.
“We had to pivot from keto to a clean, whole foods diet to help one of our sons with some new medical stuff. Our focus is on nutrient-dense, clean food. Mostly animal-based,” Briana announced to her fans and followers in January, also sharing a meme that said, “90% of foods in grocery stores didn’t even exist 100 years ago … and neither did 90% of the diseases.”
