Thirty-one-year-old rapper Rich The Kid has been arrested in Miami Beach.

Here’s What Allegedly Led Up To Rich The Kid’s Arrest
According to TMZ, the rapper, whose government name is Dimitri Roger, was arrested Sunday night during an ongoing bomb threat at the SLS Hotel. The outlet reports that law enforcement informed them the rapper was a guest at the hotel during the time.
Authorities reportedly established a permit, taping off the hotel from the public, as they investigated the bomb threat.
Rich The Kid allegedly informed the cops that he needed to get inside the hotel. However, the authorities rejected his request, and the rapper was told he would be arrested if he disregarded their instructions.
“I’ll bond out in 20 minutes,” the rapper allegedly told the officers, per TMZ.
According to CBS News, the 31-year-old allegedly walked to the rear of the hotel, where a security guard informed him that he could not enter.
“Stop me,” Rich The Kid allegedly told the guard.
According to TMZ, the rapper jumped the hotel’s fence, entering the property during a K-9 sweep. He was then confronted by another police officer who ordered him to leave. However, Rich The Kid allegedly lingered in the hotel’s driveway.
The “Plug Walk” rapper was then taken into custody.
More Information Regarding The Rapper’s Charges
According to TMZ, Rich The Kid was charged with two misdemeanors. CBS News adds that the rapper has been charged with trespassing after being given a warning and resisting arrest without violence.
As of Monday afternoon, the rapper has not publicly addressed his arrest. However, he did take to his Instagram Story to show a video of himself in a car with money on the ground.
In the rapper’s most recent tweet, shared on Sunday evening, he shared photos of him in what appears to be a desert area. Additionally, the 31-year-old wrote that he’s “been out the way.”

Rich The Kid Recently Opened Up About “Hush Money” Pregnancy Allegations
As The Shade Room previously reported, the rapper appeared as a recent guest on ‘Stepping Into The Shade Room’ in June. At the time, he addressed allegations from a woman who accused him of getting her pregnant.
Additionally, the woman alleged Rich The Kid offered her “hush money” to keep it a secret.
