The third release of the Jeffrey Epstein court documents shows victim Virginia Giuffre denying all claims that she received payment for stories.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Giuffre during her testimony swore under oath that there was no exchange of money for her alleged experience with the late financier.

In the second batch of court document release, Epstein’s conspirator Ghislaine Maxwell claimed Giuffre was paid hundreds of thousands of dollars for her “truth.”

Virginia Giuffre ‘Never Negotiated’ A Deal To Sell Her Stories

In the court documents of a March deposition, Giuffre was asked about her story to journalist Sharon Churcher about former President Bill Clinton being on a helicopter — flown by Maxwell — with her.

During the questioning, Giuffre claimed the story about Clinton on the helicopter was “taken out of context.” She explained, “Ghislaine told me that she flew Bill Clinton in. And Ghislaine likes to talk a lot of stuff that sounds fantastical. And whether it’s true or not, that is what I do recall telling Sharon Churcher.”

When asked about statements about Maxwell in the press attributed to her, Giuffre confirmed that she indeed told Churcher about the things written while recounting her experience with Prince Andrew. Giuffre said she wrote the information on “single sheets of lined paper.”

When asked if she was paid for the papers, Giuffre stated, “Not for the papers, I don’t believe.” She also denied getting paid when the papers were reprinted or negotiating any deal with media outlet Radar Online.

Giuffre was then asked if she struck any deal with Churcher for the sake of those papers, and she answered, “Not those pieces of papers.”

As we previously reported, Maxwell in her countersuit alleged, “Plaintiff [Giuffre] sought public attention to her fabricated story concerning Ms. Maxwell and others. To wit, Plaintiff was paid more than $100,000 for her false story to the Daily Mail as well as the sale of a photograph purporting to be of herself and Prince Andrew.”

The document further read, “[She] then further sought public attention to her story through (a) an interview with Bradley Edwards and Jack Scarola, (b) through contact with various literary agents, ghost-writers and news outlets, and (c) through a carefully orchestrated scheme to publish her false claims in a public pleading in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, as well as media interviews and other contacts including ABC News, Sharon Churcher, and her purported work on behalf of Victims Refuse Silence.”

According to Maxwell, who is now serving a 20-year sentence, many of Giuffre’s “character and truthfulness shortcomings” were protected while the media chose to focus on the many “lies” the victim told about the late Epstein and Maxwell.

Virginia Giuffre Alleged Meeting Bill Clinton With Jeffrey Epstein Twice

In the first batch of documents released, Giuffre seemingly confirmed that the former president didn’t directly participate in Epstein’s sex trafficking escapades. Giuffre recalled her first meeting with Clinton, saying:

“We all dined together that night. Jeffrey was at the head of the table. Bill was at his left. I sat across from him…at the left of Ghislaine there were two olive-skinned brunettes who’d flown in with us from New York. I’d never met them before. I’d say they were no older than 17, very innocent-looking.”

She continued, “Maybe Jeffrey thought they would entertain Bill, but I saw no evidence that he was interested in them. He and Jeffrey and Ghislaine seemed to have a very good relationship. Bill was very funny. He made me laugh a few times. And he and Jeffrey and Ghislaine told blokey jokes and the brunettes listened politely and giggled.”

In another instance, Giuffre claimed Clinton visited the island for a second time and got playful with another set of girls. In her words: “The next big dinner party on the island had another significant guest appearance being the one and only, Bill Clinton. On the left side was Emmy, Ghislaine and I sitting across the table from us was Bill with two lovely girls who were visiting from New York. Bill’s wife, Hillary’s absence from the night made it easy for his apparent provocative cheeky side to come out.”

She continued, “Teasing the girls on either side of him with playful pokes and brassy comments, there was no modesty between any of them. We all finished our meals and scattered in our own different directions.”
