RHOBH star Kyle Richards clarifies status of her friendship with Morgan Wade after the country singer deletes photos of them together on Insta!
Kyle Richards confirms that all is “good” between her and bestie friend Morgan Wade just days after the country singer wiped her Instagram page of any trace of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star.
On Wednesday, Kyle Richards was stopped by a paparazzo while shopping in Sherman Oaks, CA, where she explained that the move was just a marketing strategy on Morgan’s part.
“[She’s got new music] coming out,” Kyle Richards said, according to video obtained by Page Six. “It’s very common for artists to do that. That didn’t mean anything.”
The RHOBH star then reiterated that she and Morgan are on friendly terms.
“Yeah, we’re all good,” Kyle said.
As AllAboutTRH previously reported, the Bravoverse was sent into a frenzy on Tuesday after several RHOBH fans noticed that Morgan Wade deleted every photo with Kyle Richards from her Instagram.
The only photos to remain on the country singer’s profile were one announcing her Spring 2023 tour and her appearance at Alanis Morissette’s “Triple Moon” tour this summer.
“I think Morgan told Kyle byeeeeee,” one RHOBH fan quipped on Twitter while a second fan added, , “Uh oh … Kyle’s been dumped!”
“Who’s got the tea?!” a third asked.
“I told Y’all Kyle was using her. Now she’s done with her. Morgan has probably figured that out,” a fourth added.
As for Kyle Richards Instagram page it also looks like she deleted all recent photos of her and Morgan Wade. The most recent remaining photo of them dates back to August 2023.
For the last six months or more, Kyle has publicly shut down gossip that she’s Morgan amid her marital woes with Mauricio.
Both Kyle and Morgan have insisted they are nothing more than friends and have both called the dating rumors “dumb.”
“We’re friends,” Morgan told PEOPLE in August 2023. “The Internet’s a dumb place.”
A month later Mauricio also addressed rumors that Kyle cheated on him with Morgan.
“There is no doubt in my mind that Kyle has not slept or cheated with Morgan Wade. They are really great friends,” he told TMZ in September. “They are filming stuff together; they’re doing stuff together. They are not in a relationship.”
Since meeting in February 2022, Kyle and Morgan have been attached at the hip and always seem to be with each other.
Rumors about their relationship first sparked over the summer when Kyle and Mauricio’s marriage issues became public knowledge. Since then Kyle starred in a steamy music video for Morgan’s song “Fall in Love With Me” and the country singer has appeared on season 13 of RHOBH.
Kyle has insisted that Morgan is only “one of [her] best, best friends in the world.”
More recently, the RHOBH star admitted that she now feels guilty for thrusting Morgan into the spotlight due to their friendship.
“She’s an artist, you know? She just wants to make music and all of a sudden she was thrust into this like, world of gossip and tabloids and traveling and having paparazzi take pictures of her,” the RHOBH OG said during an Amazon Live on Jan. 9.
She added that Morgan doesn’t like “being talked about” or getting any “attention” and “just wants to make music.”
“Seeing these headlines, and like I said, just thrust into the spotlight brought her anxiety,” she continued. “Like myself, she suffers from anxiety, so I felt terrible to have put her in that position.”
