Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright may be living separately at this time, but that doesn’t mean that Brittany no longer has many of her belongings at their previously shared $1.9 million home.
Nearly two months after Brittany, 35, moved into an Airbnb in Sherman Oaks, California, the Vanderpump Rules couple reunited at their Valley Village property, where Home on Point’s Shanel Arnold helped them not only sort out their own closet but also offered their 2-year-old son Cruz a bedroom “refresh.”
In a photo Jax, 44, re-shared from Home on Point on Instagram, Shanel was seen standing with Brittany as she told her fans and followers she was giving her and Jax a “quick closet refresh.”
In other photos shared by Shanel, a cluster of clothes was seen strewn about Jax and Brittany’s bedroom before being neatly organized in their large walk-in closet.
“Edit, edit, edit…. Ta-da!” Shanel captioned a series of images on her Instagram Story.
Shanel also gave her fans and followers a closer look at Brittany’s section of the closet, which featured shelving for her pricey purses from designers like Gucci and Christian Dior and room for heels and boots.
Meanwhile, in Cruz’s room, his toys and books were arranged on shelves and in bins.
“A little refresh for Cruz too,” Shanel shared.
While Jax has shot down reports of a potential divorce between him and Brittany, she has suggested that they aren’t as close to a reconciliation as Jax might like. In fact, during an interview earlier this month, she said she reached her “breaking point” with her spouse as she shaded him for putting her down “constantly.”
“I just kind of hit my breaking point, and I can only take so much after nine years. I don’t know how much I can give away right now but just like being put down constantly. Honestly, I deserve to be lifted up like the queen that I am,” she told Entertainment Tonight.
Brittany also told E! News that Cruz impacted her decision to leave their marital home.
“I know Jax doesn’t really want to talk about it much, but the truth is that we’ve just been fighting and not on the same page for a while now, and it was just becoming a negative space in our own house, and I just don’t want that for my son. I don’t want him growing up thinking it’s normal to live like that,” Brittany explained on Monday.
The Valley season one airs Tuesdays at 9/8c on Bravo.
