RHOBH’s Lisa Rinna is letting it all hangout on social media after dissolving her facial fillers following loads of criticism over her overly filled, puffy face.
Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Lisa Rinna is owning the fact that she over did it with cosmetic fillers. A video of the former reality TV star recently went viral due to her “overfilled look” which was highly criticized by Bravo fans.
In a now deleted TikTok video, Nicole Smith, an aesthetic physician assistant, did a deep dive into that Lisa Rinna’s cosmetic procedures which includes the use of Skinvive injectables.
Smith dissected the RHOBH alum’s fillers, saying, “They placed too much filler in the cheeks and midface. It completely throws off the full facial balance. With good injection techniques, your results should be undetectable.”

Fans went wild about the Bravo star’s overly filled face in the comment section of the TikTok post, which prompted Lisa Rinna to speak out.
Before the mom of two commented, fans were shocked by her appearance and excessive use of facial fillers.
One user commented: “I can’t believe that’s Lisa Rinna!!!!”
“No wrinkles doesn’t equate to youthful,” added another, with a third writing, “I didn’t even recognize her.”
“Lisa Rinna …….totally over done !! She can hardly talk!” another user added. Others called the look “overdone,” “horrible,” “not youthful,” and “scary.”
The 60-year-old admitted that the fillers didn’t compliment her face and didn’t improve her appearance as she had hoped they would.
“Skinvive is not for everyone, and it was not good for me,” Lisa Rinna wrote in the comments section. “Luckily we could dissolve it today. Whew.”
Afterwards, Lisa Rinna decided to show off her delated face and everything else in a bare selfie on Instagram.
The former soap actress exuded confidence in the photo as she smiled at the camera, wearing nothing but black underwear and gold star emojis strategically placed over her chest.
“Oh and I got a spray tan last night for Miami,” she wrote atop the picture.
Production for season 14 of RHOBH reportedly begins in April.
RHOBH is expected to return to Bravo in late 2024 or early 2025.
