MGM Studios has released the first badass Red-Band trailer for The Beekeeper, an action thriller movie from director David Ayer (Street Kings, End of Watch, Fury, Suicide Squad, Bright, The Tax Collector). The movie stars Jason Statham as a beekeeper, who embarks on a mission of revenge. He’s also part of a secret organization that exposes corruption and protects the hive. I’m all in! This movie looks awesome!
In The Beekeeper, “one man’s brutal campaign for vengeance takes on national stakes after he is revealed to be a former operative of a powerful and clandestine organization known as ‘Beekeepers.’” Get ready for some wicked kick-ass action, a lot of which is teased in this adrenaline-fueled trailer.
Statham is joined in the film by Emmy Raver-Lampman, Josh Hutcherson, Bobby Naderi, Minnie Driver, plus Phylicia Rashad and Jeremy Irons.
