Well, well, well, it seems like Justin Combs has found a way to dodge the jail cell! According to reports, Diddy’s son managed to avoid the slammer by striking a plea deal in his DUI case.
Apparently, Combs, who is the son of Diddy Combs, pled no contest to driving with a blood alcohol content of .08% or higher. Now, I’m no mathematician, but that sounds like he was definitely not fit for the driver’s seat.
Instead of facing charges for allegedly driving under the influence head-on, they were dismissed as part of this plea deal. In exchange for this act, Combs was sentenced to three years of summary probation.

As we previously reported, Combs, 29, was taken into Los Angeles Police Department custody in June and booked for a misdemeanor, online inmate records showed at the time.
The arrest happened after the actor and “Catfish” star was pulled over during a traffic stop. After speaking with the police officer, Combs was then arrested but later released on a $5,000 bond. “Officers conducted a traffic stop, and they observed the driver possibly under the influence of unknown alcohol or drugs,” a Los Angeles Police Department told Fox News Digital at the time. “The investigation revealed that he was under the influence.”
Although he was released, his arrest caused some family tension as his mother, OG celebrity stylist Misa Hylto, called out his father Diddy on social media.
In a series of Instagram Stories, the fashion designer addressed the business mogul and said, “the truth shall set you free.” “I’m not protecting no one anymore, just my son,” she wrote. “The statement ‘a fish rots from the head down’ means that, in addition to being a major contributing factor in a family or organization’s success, leadership is also the root cause of its failure and demise. The Truth shall set you free.”
In a separate Instagram story post, Hylton added, “Act BAD BAD boy I used to want to be a BAD Girl I chose to be a QUEEN Tried and true. I’m not perfect but I am INTENTIONAL,” she added. Hilton continued, “I should have kept my child with me. F**k UCLA too. Everybody can get it.”
The arrest ultimately came as a shock to everyone as Justin is known for being unproblematic and super positive. He hasn’t released a statement on his arrest and it’s stillunclear if they were all able to resolve their family issues.
However, on the bright side, their son will not have to do any time in the slammer.
