Fox managed the largest NFL audience for the second consecutive week.

The Dallas Cowboys dominated the New York Giants on Sunday during the national window of Fox’s doubleheader, bringing in 21.73M viewers. While that was by far the most-watched game of the week, it didn’t come close to touching Fox’s record viewership during Week 9’s Cowboys-Eagles matchup.

In fact, that marks the least-watched NFL national window since Week 1, when Fox delivered just over 16M viewers. It’s also down pretty significantly from last year’s comparable window, when Fox scored nearly 30M viewers for the Cowboys-Packers.

Fox isn’t the only one seeing viewership declines in Week 10. In fact, most of the networks clocked a lower audience than last year’s comparable window.

The only exception is CBS, which came in second place in terms of total viewers with a singleheader that was split by the Packers-Steelers and Lions-Chargers. The games averaged an audience of 16M, which was up 12% from last year’s comparable game. That marks the network’s best Week 10 outing in nearly a decade.

Fox’s earlier game window attracted 12.52M viewers with the 49ers-Jaguars broadcast in a majority of markets. The Las Vegas Raiders bested the New York Jets on NBC, rounding out Sunday’s NFL lineup with 15.64M people tuning in for the game.

The Panthers-Bears matchup kicked off the weekend with 9.56M viewers for Prime Video’s Thursday Night Football, marking a  41% audience increase over last season’s comparable game.

It’s worth nothing that data for Monday Night Football on ABC/ESPN has not been released yet. It’s possible the Broncos-Bills matchup could best Fox’s telecast. This post will be updated when those numbers are available.
