Fitness Model Jala Sue Leaves Little To The Imagination
In one of her most popular Instagram videos, Jala Sue led her followers through a series of exercises designed to work their arms and their abs. She did the exercises while sitting back on a towel beside the pool, wearing a turquoise bikini that hugged her tan frame. “Try adding these to your next workout or do this while watching your favorite show. Do in intervals of 1 min each and repeat until burn out, then do 1 more set,” she wrote in the caption, advising her followers to “use the best weight for you, or no weights at all if you’re just starting out.”
“Exhale deep when you come up, always watch your breath & stretch when needed & take breaks when your body tells you. One thing about fitness is learning about body awareness and what your body needs and doesn’t need. Weights, food, healthy conversations vs non. Jala Is ‘Focused’ In Her Pastel Bikini
In another Instagram video posted just last week, Jala hit the beach and showed off her chiseled abs in a two-piece bathing suit that was filled with pastel pinks, yellows, and blues. Her long dark hair fell over her shoulder.
“Focused,” she wrote in the caption. “Wow, even the sun has to wear shades when this human steps out to the open,” one fan gushed. “Wow, I watched you for a couple of years. You were so sculpted now; it’s crazy,” another follower wrote. “You have so much beauty and poise,” a third fan gushed while another follower called her “Wonder Woman.”
Jala Sue Shares Another Bikini Workout
In another exercise video, Jala donned an orange strappy bikini as she shared a workout with her followers. After doing one minute of barefoot jumping jacks, she moved into squats, and leg raises on each side. “Movement is medicine. A few workout variations to get your heart pumping to help give you an energy boost any time of day,” she wrote in the caption.
“I know what it takes to lose weight and keep it off. I lost 70 + Ibs after I had my twins 12 years ago. Hard work, discipline & making healthy a lifestyle was what helped me achieve my goals and then some,” she continued. “My 3-week reset is launching soon. Jala Shares Some Advice With Her Fans!
In another Instagram post, Jala put her fit figure on display in high-waisted jeans that she wore unbuttoned. She paired it with a floral crop top and carried a black cowboy hat in one hand. “Audio up,” she wrote in the caption. “The best advice I would give anyone who needs a little reminder to keep working hard towards whatever you’re doing. Instagram is like the modern-day wild Wild West with gangs of nay-sayers & trolls. Ignore them give no F’s!”
She also recommended the book “The Subtle Art of Not Giving A F—,” which is a nonfiction self-help book by American blogger and author Mark Manson that was published in 2016. For fans who aren’t quite into reading, “The Subtle Art Of Not Giving A F—” was released as a documentary film in 2023. The film was distributed by Universal Pictures and narrated by Mark Manson himself.
