Brooke Burke looked fitter than ever as she snapped a bikini selfie on Instagram today. On Thursday, the 52-year-old media personality and fitness queen dropped jaws as she showed off her rock-hard body in selfie mode, stripping down to a fun bikini and even making sure to include some summery accessories in the photo. Smiling as she posted to her Brooke Burke Body account, the Wild On! alum celebrated the arrival of summer, and it doesn’t look like she’ll be taking any risks in the sun. Tucking a tube of sunscreen into her swimwear briefs, Brooke made it #safe, and her fans loved it.

Flashing her cleavage and showing off her washboard abs, Brooke also flaunted her trim hips and gym-honed legs as she wore her hair down and let a super-thin, snaking gold neck chain accentuate her chest.

Going barely there with her makeup, Brooke went for a fresh-faced finish as she flashed her pearly whites and wrote: “Happy 1st day of summer!”

The yoga and Pilates lover may dedicate her life to keeping those muscles toned, but it’s an all-around deal for Brooke. Of the intermittent fasting regimen she swears by, Brooke Burke told Daily Mail: “It’s a simple yet powerful concept: confine eating to an 8-hour window and fast for the remaining 16 hours of the day. For example, if you eat dinner at 7 pm, your next meal will be at 11:00 am the next morning. This timing cycle essentially tricks your body into burning stored fat.”
