Sharon Stone is set to star alongside Bob Odenkirk in the upcoming action film Nobody 2. Timo Tjahjanto (The Night Comes for Us) will direct the film from a script written by Derek Kolstad (John Wick), Aaron Rabin, Odenkirk and Umair Aleem.
It was previously reported that Connie Nielsen will also return as Becca Mansell, the wife to Odenkirk’s lead. No other casting has been announced.
There are still no story details to share, but there’s no doubt that the movie is going to be filled will a lot of exciting and cool action sequences like the first movie.
In the original film, Odenkirk played Hutch Mansell, a docile family man who slowly reveals his true character after his house gets burgled by two petty thieves, which, coincidentally, leads him into a bloody war with a Russian crime boss.
I’m excited about the sequel and looking forward to seeing how the creative team expands on the story and universe.
Universal Pictures will release Nobody 2 in theaters on August 15, 2025.
