Hulk Hogan’s Beer Tour Also A Campaign Rally For Donald Trump

The former professional wrestler has been killing two birds with a stone by promoting his new business venture, “Real American Beer,” while campaigning for the former US President.

Hulk Hogan doubled down on his endorsement of Donald Trump at a recent stop on his beer tour just days after making controversial comments about Kamala Harris.

On Tuesday, August 27, the WWE icon continued his “Real American Beer” promotion at the Moonshine Alley in Providence, Rhode Island. But he couldn’t help but switch from talking about the brew to the ongoing presidential elections.

A video from the night captured Hogan on stage with a microphone, hyping the crowd up before asking if they came there to vote for Harris. The VP’s name was met with loud boos and jeers, but the audience did a 180 when Trump was mentioned.

The screams and hoots for the former POTUS were unsurprising as TMZ noted several audience members were dressed in Trump’s campaign merch. Their positive response showcased the fruits of Hogan’s nonstop promotion for the Republican.

Tuesday’s beer tour stop wasn’t the first time Hogan had campaigned for Trump, with The Blast reporting he made controversial comments about Harris days earlier. While visiting the Thirsty Cowboy in Medina, Ohio, the 71-year-old asked the crowd:

“Want me to body-slam Kamala Harris? Want me to drop the leg on Kamala?”

The crowd seemed okay with his comments, encouraging Hogan to make bolder statements. He bashed Harris’s Indian heritage and made a racist gesture before realizing he might have taken things too far.

Despite his epiphany, Hogan didn’t apologize to Harris but excused his comments as the beer talking. The night continued with him chugging more cans and signing a few shirts for fans.

Hogan played an active role at the recent Republican National Convention, stepping out on the final night as one of the event’s speakers. He was there to endorse Trump, who accepted his party’s presidential nomination.

Trump and Hogan go way back, with their connection playing a crucial role in the 71-year-old’s 2013 lawsuit against Gawker Media. He sued the outlet for invasion of privacy over the publication of an excerpt from his leaked sex tape.

Hogan’s lawsuit was reportedly funded by capitalist Peter Thiel, who supported Trump’s running mate, JD Vance, by donating $15 million to his vice presidential nominee campaign.

Like Hogan, Trump has been vocal about his displeasure over Harris’s presidential candidacy. The Blast noted he repeatedly bashed her in a viral interview on X with the platform’s billionaire owner, Elon Musk.

Trump claimed Harris was too soft to lead the country, saying: “There’s some real tough characters out there. And if they don’t think the American president is tough, they will do what they want to do.”

The former POTUS further argued that Harris would be a worse president than Biden, citing her past political records. “She is a San Francisco liberal who destroyed San Francisco, and then as attorney-general, she destroyed California,” Trump claimed.

Following Trump’s claims about her political record, Harris defended her image on X with a lengthy rebuttal. She stressed that as a U.S. Senator, Attorney General, district attorney, and courtroom prosecutor, she always served the people.

“In those roles, I took on predators who abused women, fraudsters who ripped off consumers, and scammers who broke the rules,” Harris penned. Her official campaign page on X also bashed Trump in a statement, writing:

“Trump’s extremism and dangerous Project 2025 agenda is a feature, not a glitch of his campaign.”

The statement claimed Trump’s campaign was “in service of people like Elon Musk and himself — self-obsessed rich guys who will sell out the middle class and who cannot run a livestream in the year 2024.”

As the November elections draw closer, Kamala Harris and Donald Trump’s teams may continue to clash.
