RHOBH alum Kim Richards has confrontation with sister Kyle Richards following psych hold over concerns about her sobriety.
TMZ reports that Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Kim Richards has been shut out by her entire family. Apparently it’s a case of tough love as the actress turned reality TV star has fallen off the wagon yet again. Kim was placed on a psychiatric hold earlier this month but her life continues spiral out of control.
Law enforcement sources reveal they showed up at a Los Angeles home owned by Kyle Richards on Wednesday night after a neighbor called to have Kim removed from the property. The neighbors were reportedly concerned about Kim’s behavior.
Kyle had been letting Kim live in the house but she had moved out a while back. However, on Wednesday, Kim showed up again. The RHOBH star told law enforcement that she did not want Kim in the house as the family has cut off all contact in hopes it would push Kim to get sober again.
Cops told Kyle the issue was a civil matter and she would have to file an eviction action to remove Kim from the property. Kim currently remains in the house.
Also, on Wednesday night, Kyle told police that Kim is “in deep trouble over her sobriety and the family is worried about her survival.”
The whole situation gets even worse as law enforcement sources say earlier this month Kim was at a Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles and was incoherent. Kyle was there with her older sister, who was asked to leave after the cops were called. Kim was placed on a 5150 psychiatric hold and taken by ambulance to a hospital after she refused to leave the hotel.
