Meghan Trainor Warns Against Botox, Admits She ‘Messed Up, Got Too Much, And Cannot Smile Anymore;’ Also Reveals She’s Getting Her Breasts Lifted

Singer and songwriter Meghan Trainor is issuing a warning against Botox as she admits that she “messed up” and “got too much Botox,” and now she “cannot smile anymore,” meanwhile she does plan on her getting her breasts lifted.

A 30-year-old Meghan Trainor recently opened up about her cosmetic procedure and how she regrets getting Botox. During a recent episode of the Workin’ On It with Meghan Trainor & Ryan Trainor podcast, the singer admitted that she’s gotten “too much Botox.”

When asked what she had to talk about on the show, Meghan scoffed, “Oh, so much.” She then began to say sing-songy, “To all my fellow girlies out there… who’s in your 30s out there.” She got serious and admitted, “I got too much Botox and I need help. I messed up. Listen, I’ve had Botox, like, a handful of times, just a few times, just up here, just my forehead.”

The “All About That Bass” singer then revealed that she got filler added to her upper lip, another cosmetic procedure that she regrets. She said, “Someone convinced me with my little lips that if you did a lip flip, you put filler right above your upper lip, that you could have a beautiful flip on your upper lip. And I could have one for the first time in my whole 30 years of living — it was not true.”

Now, because of her Botox procedures, Meghan Trainor regrettably admitted, “I cannot smile anymore.” She looked directly at the camera, tried to smile, and said, “Look, this is as big as I can smile.” As she continued awkwardly smiling at the camera, the singer’s brother and co-host Ryan Trainor chimed in and said, “I want to say, ‘My bad.’ As the older brother, I tend to humble her constantly.”

Meghan interjected and said, “Loudly. In a Home Goods.” Trying to stop from laughing, Ryan began to remember the story to which his sister was referring. He recalled a time when they went shopping at Home Goods together and how he told her that her smile was a little off, noting her, “Bro, you can’t smile.” Meghan added, “Yeah. He’s like, ‘I can’t even look at you. Don’t look at me, you can’t smile.’ I go, ‘What are you talking about? I just got a little Botox.’”

Ryan added, “My inside thoughts became my outside thoughts.” Meghan said, “And now, I can’t unsee it. And everywhere I go I cannot smile. My face hurts to smile, to even try.” During the episode, Meghan’s husband Daryl Sabara also sat in, and at this time, chimed to say, “It doesn’t hurt to smile.”

Shortly after revealing her Botox regrets, Meghan Trainor also revealed that she is planning on getting a b**b job and having her breasts lifted. She said, “Here’s another clickbait move I’m trying to make. I’m getting a b**b job. Because my mommy b**bies were full of milk and now they’re empty. They got big they got small. I’ve lost some weight and now I have sags, just like saggy sags.”
