Melissa Gorga reacted to Teresa Giudice shading her new line of sprinkle cookies on Wednesday night’s Watch What Happens Live.
As she also responded to disses thrown her way by The Real Housewives of Miami cast members Kiki Barth, 35, and Alexia Nepola, 57, who targeted her social media pages and fashion, the 45-year-old Real Housewives of New Jersey star addressed potential reconciliation with Kathy Wakile, 59, and Jennifer Aydin, 47, as she confirmed if Jackie Goldschneider, 48, was a bigger “slob” than Dolores Catania, 53.
“Well, she’s welcome for giving her someone to hate on for the last decade. So she’s welcome,” Melissa said on the December 18 episode of WWHL of Teresa, 52, who tweeted, “You’re welcome,” after her cookie line was announced. “We really have [done so much for each other].”
As for why she waited 15 years after their season three feud to release the sprinkle cookies, Melissa explained, “Timing is everything.”
“It all happens for a reason, I believe in that. And I think people just missed [RHONJ] so they are so excited about this. Sprinkle by MG is gonna be in everybody’s home for Christmas,” she declared.
Later, on the WWHL: After Show, Melissa was asked what she did to Kiki that led the RHOM cast member to accuse her of buying followers.
“It’s so crazy how I have so many successful businesses and I have created this platform. It’s actually very [disappointing] when your fellow women around you that watch you work so hard to create the brand that I’ve created. I obviously have multiple successful businesses, right? And it’s insulting sometimes when they assume that we cheated to do that,” she replied. “How about they like to watch what I’m doing, they love my cute kids, they love the family, they love Joe, the businesses.”
According to Melissa, she believes Kiki came for her because Alexia said it first.
“She’s also very good friends with your sister-in-law,” Andy Cohen, 56, noted.
“Exactly, but I think it’s just not fair,” Melissa continued. “I work really hard. I don’t cheat. I’m one of the few percent of Housewives that have very successful businesses. So sorry. I have the followers.”
Back on the live broadcast, Melissa was questioned about Alexia saying that RHONJ was the “worst dressed” city.
“It’s definitely not,” Melissa insisted as she stood up and showed off her look.
“Alexia doesn’t know nothing about Jersey!” added Joe Gorga, 50, who was seated in the front row.
As the show continued, Melissa was asked a series of rapid-fire questions about her RHONJ co-stars, both past and present, starting with who she would sooner reconcile with, Kathy or Rosie Pierri, 56.
“Kathy,” she replied, also sharing that Kathy was a “better cook” than Teresa.
As for whether she would sooner make amends with Teresa or Jennifer, Melissa answered, “Neither.”
Melissa then noted that “Jackie” is a bigger slob than Dolores, said Dolores’ temper is “more frightening” than Teresa’s, and revealed she’s closer to Margaret Josephs, 57, than Rachel Fuda, 33.
“Oh gosh, I love them both. I’ve known Margaret longer, but I love them both immensely,” she noted.
Also on WWHL, Melissa admitted she and Joe are both fans of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City.
“Joe and I both are very into the show right now. It’s excellent. But I want [Bronwyn Newport and Lisa Barlow] together. I want them to be a powerhouse,” she declared.
Fans are not expected to hear news on The Real Housewives of New Jersey season 15 until sometime in 2026.
