The Real Housewives of Miami star Lisa Hochstein and her ex, Jody Glidden, are accused of hiding a recording device in her ex-husband Lenny Hochstein‘s car, according to her arrest warrant.
Lenny accused her of allegedly planting the device in his car back in 2023 during their divorce proceedings.
People obtained the warrant, which alleged Lenny loaned his car to Lisa on March 10, 2023, after she asked to borrow it. He said she claimed she was “thinking of buying one” for herself.
Two days later, he stated she brought the car back and that he noticed a “suspicious device in the driver seat floorboard” on March 31, 2023, which he alleged was identified as a “hidden recorder.”
“It was covered in tape which, upon learning the nature of the device, the victim suspected was used to secure it under the seat and out of view,” the warrant stated.
Lenny claimed he told his lawyer and they obtained experts who recovered several recordings off the device.
“One of the last recordings from before the vehicle was returned to the victim depicts Lisa Hochstein and [Jody] Glidden holding a discussion and the distinct sound of a device such as the hidden recorder being wrestled into place,” the warrant detailed.
It also noted Lisa could be heard saying “done” at one point on the recording and alleged the device recorded Lenny’s conversations with Lisa, as well as discussions about Lisa, their kids, his finances, a construction project, and his plastic surgery practice.
Lenny noted he told authorities he confronted Lisa regarding the recordings and said he did not consent to her recording him. He gave the device to detectives who allegedly were able to obtain deleted material from the device, which included a tape of Lisa and Jody “engaged in intimate activities,” as well as other conversations between them.
The warrant goes on to allege Jody bought “two devices of the exact same make and model” on Amazon three months prior.
The warrant concluded with the following statement: “Your Affiant has reason to believe and does believe that Lisa Hochstein and Jody Glidden, working together, installed the hidden recorded device without the victim’s knowledge or consent and secretly recorded conversations between the victim and numerous persons and parties, including patients of the victim.”

As Reality Blurb reported earlier today, Lisa turned herself into police custody at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center in Miami on Wednesday morning. Lisa’s bail was reportedly set at $5000 and was released soon after.
“I don’t want to let anyone distract me from my big divorce case this month. I’m focused on the well-being of my children, who have been through enough,” she said in a statement. “I’ve heard nobody has been charged with eavesdropping in Miami history.”
Earlier this week, it was reported Jody was arrested for charges related to the same matter.
Reality Blurb spoke exclusively to legal counsel for Lisa and Jody afterward, who gave the following statement: “This matter is part of a contentious divorce proceeding and does not belong in criminal court.”
