Lala Kent revealed more details about her past relationship with Julian Sensley. The Vanderpump Rules star hinted at a “cut” scene with him in season 10, and discussed an alleged DM sent to Katie Maloney about him.
The former basketball player made headlines when reports surfaced that he secretly dated his friend Jax Taylor’s estranged wife Brittany Cartwright. A source recently alleged that Julian was still in a relationship with his now-fiancé when the fling occurred.
“Julian and I used to hook up. We f**ked each other,” recalled Lala on her “Give Them Lala” podcast, via @byewighellodrama on Instagram. “[This was] when I was living on Olympic in Stassi’s old apartment that was then my apartment. So this was going on 11 years ago. I met him when I first moved to L.A. He was living in Hawaii. He’d come out, we would do the damn thing, and he would go back home.”
Lala believes she met him on Facebook.
“Then cut to three years ago. I leave my ex. I move into the treehouse. He slides into my DM,” Lala added, noting that they “made out” but never had sex in this period. “We start talking, and he’s a little bit intense. I had literally just broken up with my ex and he’s talking about procreating already and our children playing together as siblings. He’s a lot. But I start bringing him around the group [for group dates].”
According to Lala, this is how he met Brittany, and how he began his friendship with Jax.
“But then I do the background check and we won’t go there,” she added. “I tell him we’re not in alignment and I send him on his way. He continues to be best friends with [Jax and] this group of guys. Brittany starts hooking up with him during her separation with Jax. It comes out, good for her.”
Lala claimed she filmed a scene with Julian in season 10, but it was “cut.”
“If they cover it on The Valley, they do have something to pull,” said Lala. “I guess [he’s] now engaged.”
She alleged that Katie got a DM a few years ago from someone writing: “‘Is Lala still messing with Julian? I just want to let you know he still lives with his baby mama [and now-fiancé].’”
Lala believes Julian showed his “true colors” and “aborted mission” on Brittany once they “got caught” in their fling. Lala, however, thinks Brittany should’ve left him first.
