¼ cup of ketchup
½ cup of mayonnaise
2 tbsp relish
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder

Method For Burger Sauce:
1. First, mix the mayonnaise and ketchup in a small bowl. Next, add the onion powder, garlic powder, and pepper and mix well. Sit in the refrigerator until ready to use.
Ingredients For The Braxton Burger:
1 lb. of ground beef
2 extra-large onions cut into ½ inch slices (using the larger middle section of the onion)
¼ teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon of pepper
½ teaspoon of onion powder
½ teaspoon of garlic powder
½ teaspoon of seasoned salt
¼ teaspoon of cayenne pepper
½ teaspoon of parsley
2 tablespoons of olive oil
4 slices of cheese
2 large tomatoes, sliced
Method For The Braxton Burger:
1. Place ground beef in a bowl and add all dry spices and seasonings, and mix until ground beef and spices are evenly blended. Next, form patties approximately 3 inches wide and set aside.
2. Coat skillet with olive oil and place over medium-high heat; once skillet is hot, place patties in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.
3. Place cheese slices on top of the burgers in the skillet and remove the skillet from the heat.
4. Place another skillet over medium-high heat. Place onions in the ½ cup of water. Simmer and steam for 3-4 minutes making sure onions do not get too soft and still hold their form. Remove from the heat and place steamed onions on a plate, and season with salt and pepper. Now, build your burger.
5. Place one cheeseburger on top of the onion, add sauce, then place another cheeseburger on top, add more sauce, and place an onion ring on top and enjoy the no-bun burger.
Ingredients For Strawberry Mint Ginger Lemonade Mocktail And Cocktail:
3-4 large strawberries
4-5 mint leaves
2 cups ginger lemonade (store bought)
1 cup ice
½ cup of lemon soda
2 ounces of vodka (add vodka for cocktail version)
Method For Mocktail Version:
1. Muddle the strawberry and mint leaves until strawberries are completely mashed, and add the ginger lemonade into the shaker. Add ice and shake well until the shaker becomes cold.
2. Pour into a glass. Top off with lemon soda. Garnish with mint leaves.
Method For Cocktail Version With Vodka:
