she’s green have released their new single, “mettle,” out via Photo Finish Records. The track, which was initially teased during a KEXP performance, transforms the weight of a troubled world into a surge of hope through textured riffs that drift over reverb-drenched guitars. Accompanied by a video directed by Jaxon Whittington, the band are seen performing in a dark, gloomy forest.
“‘mettle’ channels the frustration and discomfort that stem from what often feels like constant bad news,” vocalist Zofia Smith says. “While also being an anthem of resilience and the courage to take action and bring about positive change.”

Last year, she’s green released Chrysalis, their first project in over two years, in addition to opening up for acts like Softcult and Blondshell. They just recently wrapped a handful of sold-out headline shows in China and will support Chapterhouse on dates across North America, plus dates with Bad Suns and Slow Crush and two stops at this year’s Slide Away festival.
