Alexis Bellino settled her divorce from ex-husband Jim Bellino in 2018, and on Thursday, details of their agreement were revealed.
Nearly one year into the 47-year-old Real Housewives of Orange County star’s relationship with John Janssen, 61, the ex-boyfriend of her co-star, Shannon Beador, 60, Alexis is said to be collecting $16,000 in child and spousal support from 62-year-old Jim.
In court documents obtained by In Touch Weekly on July 25, it was confirmed that Alexis and Jim, who share three children, including son James, 18, and twins Miles and Mackenna, 16, signed off on their divorce settlement in August 2018 — 13 years after tying the knot.
Although Alexis and Jim agreed to share legal and physical custody of their children, making decisions together and allowing the kids to have time with the other parent when they’re in their care, Jim was ordered to pay Alexis $6,000 per month in child support — $2,000 per kid until they are 18.
“The custodial parent shall not monitor the other party’s phone calls with the minor children,” the order stated, noting that they were also advised against making “derogatory or disparaging remarks about the other party to or in the presence of, or within the hearing of, the minor children.”
Jim was also required to maintain medical and other insurance and pay Alexis an additional $10,000 per month, starting on August 1, 2018, and continuing “until the death of either party, or further order of the court, whichever first occurs,” as well as name her as the beneficiary of his $2.5 million life insurance policy
It was not noted whether or not the support would be terminated if Alexis gets married, which she and John are said to be considering.
As for the division of their assets, Jim was given their San Juan Capistrano, California home, a Dana Point, California home, several bank accounts, stocks and bonds, vehicles in his name, his jewelry, artwork, and businesses, as Alexis was awarded another home in San Juan Capistrano, California, her jewelry, handbags, and purses, and a $250,000 lump sum.
